RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with RRR Bully Nation™. Every product we offer is custom made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because each item is produced on demand, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
• Accidental orders.
• Preference changes after production has begun.
• Minor variations in print placement, color, or garment appearance that naturally occur during the printing process.
• Slight color differences caused by monitor, mobile device, or screen settings.
Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and color selections before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:
• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Clear photographs of the shipping packaging, if applicable.
Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
All claims are subject to review and approval.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
Requests to modify or cancel an order cannot be guaranteed. If production has not yet begun, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Production and shipping estimates are provided as guidelines only.
RRR Bully Nation™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Weather.
• Carrier delays.
• Customs processing.
• Holidays.
• Natural disasters.
• Labor disruptions.
• Other circumstances beyond our control.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been accepted and scanned as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
RRR Bully Nation™ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors, household members, leasing offices, or other safe delivery locations.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve a package from the carrier may be eligible for reshipment at the customer's expense.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
We make every effort to display product colors, artwork, and details as accurately as possible.
However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, printing methods, and garment materials.
These normal variations do not constitute defects.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RRR Bully Nation™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
