SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with RRR Bully Nation™.

Every item is made to order specifically for you after your purchase is placed. This allows us to reduce waste while delivering high-quality, custom apparel.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders typically enter production within a short time after they are placed.

Production generally takes 2–5 business days, although production times may vary during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

SHIPPING TIMES

After production is complete, your order is shipped using one of our trusted shipping partners.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

SHIPPING DELAYS

RRR Bully Nation™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Holidays
• Labor disruptions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Other events beyond our reasonable control

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

RRR Bully Nation™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We also recommend checking with neighbors, household members, leasing offices, or other safe delivery locations.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
